CHOOSE YOUR LANE
Lane 1: 15 - 30 minutes, 3 days of committed workouts, weekly check-ins, and participation in at least 3 of 12 major challenges.
Lane 2: 30 - 45 minutes, 4 days of committed workouts, daily check-ins, a commitment to weekly weigh-ins on The MFFC Private Weigh-In Page, and participation in at least 6 of 12 major challenges.
Lane 3: 45 - 60 minutes, 5 days of committed workouts, daily check-ins, a commitment to weekly weigh-ins on the The MFFC Private Weigh-In Page, and participation in monthly challenges. (Participants from this group may be eligible to lead a virtual workout).
HOV Lane: 60 + minutes of 5-7 committed workouts, daily check-in, and weekly weigh-ins on The MFFC Private Weigh-In Page, and participation in monthly challenges. (Participants from this group may be eligible to lead a virtual workout and/or challenge ).
